Zusammenfassung

MultiCare Rockwood Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join a busy outpatient team. The MA-C will support physicians and APPs, perform safe clinical tasks, obtain vital signs, assist with exams, and handle basic specimen collection in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes clerical duties such as medical records management and referrals, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. This is a full-time, day-shift position across Spokane locations.

Qualifikationen

• Washington State MA-C certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Current BLS certification

Aufgaben

• Organizing patient flow in collaboration with the front office staff
• Interviewing patients
• Obtaining vital signs
• Assisting patients in preparing for exams or treatments
• Performing specimen collection, including venipuncture
• Administration of medications in compliance with Washington State Department of Health regulations and documented competency
• Relaying instructions/information to patients and their families/caregivers
• Sending and receiving of patient medical records
• Facilitating patient referrals
• Preparing forms for patients
