Job summary

MultiCare Rockwood Clinic seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join the physician/APP office team in Spokane Valley. You will perform safe clinical tasks under supervision, with daily contact among physicians, APPs, nurses, and front office staff to support patient care and operations.

The position offers a $7500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, typical day shift with 1.0 FTE, and 5x8 or 4x10 schedules.

Qualifications

• Washington State MA-C certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient flow with front office staff.
• Interview patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist patients for exams or treatments and venipuncture.
• Administer medications per Washington DOH regulations.
• Relay instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Handle patient records transfer and referrals.
• Prepare forms for patients.
