Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Spokane is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join our Primary Care team. The MA-C works under licensed clinicians, handles patient intake, vitals, and exam preparation while ensuring safety and care quality.

The role supports physicians, APPs, and front office staff, with full-time and part-time opportunities in Downtown Spokane, Northpointe, and Spokane Valley. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible MA-Cs.

Qualifications

• Must be Washington State MA-Certified.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient flow with front office.
• Interview patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist patients in preparing for exams or treatments.
• Perform specimen collection (venipuncture).
• Administer medications per Washington State DOH rules and competency.
• Relay instructions to patients and families.
