Job summary

Community Health Center of Snohomish County in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our clinic team. The MA escorts patients, supports providers with procedures, and maintains records with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program; or at least one year of MA experience.
• WA Medical Assistant certification or interim status.
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire.
• Immunity to measles, mumps, rubella and varicella documented by records or titer.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage inquiries with courtesy.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with scheduling and check-in.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and document vital signs and tests.
• Maintain accurate records and handle basic lab tasks as directed.
• Support health information processes and ensure clean, stocked rooms.
