Community Health Network seeks a Medical Assistant to support provider visits at an ambulatory site. You will assist with procedures, labs, referrals, and quality outcomes while maintaining smooth patient flow.

Join a team deployed to physician practices in need of additional hands; certification within 6 months and strong patient relations are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma from a Medical Assistant program or a high school diploma with 1 year MA experience.
• Medical Assistant certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas including required cleaning and stocking of supplies.
• Room patients and manage an efficient flow of provider's caseload.
• Obtain necessary vital signs, EKGs, and/or specimen collection.
• Documentation of care using the EPIC EMR system.
• Perform Point of Care Testing based on patient’s chief complaint and available protocols.
• Process referrals and medication refills.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, providers, and staff.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
