Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assisting certification required.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification preferred before independent patient care.
• One year of medical assistant health-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients respectfully.
• Prepare and review patient charts for upcoming visits.
• Measure vital signs such as pulse rate and blood pressure.
• Perform clerical duties such as checking inventory and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
