Job summary

Mercy Health is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to provide essential support to the primary care physician at the Saylor Park School Health Center. You will review health records, measure vital signs, and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assisting certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NRCMA, NCMA, NCCT, or equivalent) is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support is required at hire for specific locations; preferred elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients and the community respectfully.
• Prepares and reviews patient charts for upcoming visits.
• Measures vital signs such as pulse rate, respiration, blood pressure, weight, and height.
