ECU Health Physicians is a multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina. ECU Health seeks a PRN Medical Assistant to coordinate clinic operations, perform vital signs, patient intake, and documentation, while supporting clinicians and front desk staff.

The role is a day shift, typically Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with no benefits for PRN status.

Qualificações

• BLS certification required.
• High School diploma or higher required.
• One of the following: CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), or CCMA (NHA) with 2 years of experience or formal training completed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform vital signs and patient questionnaire intake.
• Enter data and manage medical records in EMR/hard copy.
• Assist with patient care and customer service as needed.
