St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time, day-shift role. You will assist ambulatory care providers, prepare exam rooms, take vital signs, collect labs, and support front-office tasks within a busy clinical setting.

The position emphasizes patient comfort and safety, with responsibilities spanning exam preparation, lab work, EHR documentation, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure smooth patient care.

Formación

• Must hold Medical Assistant Certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AMCA, NHA, NAHP, or NPCE.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of CMA experience in a physician's office (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Show patients to exam room, interview patients, measure vital signs and document in EHR.
• Accurately assess patient symptoms, reactions, and physical condition and record data.
• Take labs, prepare for pickup, and record in EHR; coordinate with departments for procedures.
• Set up exam room and assist with procedures and examinations per provider preference.
• Assist with front office operations including reception, medical records, scheduling and billing.
