Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. You will prepare for patient visits by organizing charts and pulling notes, support nurses and staff, and help manage tests and lab reporting to ensure timely communication to patients.

You will also help manage medical supplies, set up testing equipment, clean instruments, and maintain a safe, organized environment for daily operations. Prior office experience and strong customer service are desired.

Competenze

Must be a Certified Medical Assistant or have worked as a Medical Assistant for 2 years.
BLS Certification is required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and set up medical equipment.
Clean instruments and equipment after use.
Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs.
Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures.
Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties.
