Qualifications include MA certification or equivalent, BLS, and at least one year in a medical office. You will work in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment with strong emphasis on accuracy and patient communication.

Competenze

• Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse certificate preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• One year of experience in a medical office environment is preferred
• Proficiency with EMR and medical equipment is required
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures
• Proficiency in faxing, emailing, and Google Suite

• Document in EMR according to clinic policy
• Receive and direct calls, schedule appointments, check in patients
• Check-out patients and arrange lab services
• Prepare patients for examination and take vitals
• Perform routine specimen collection and tests
