Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year as a Medical Assistant.
• At least 2 years in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
• At least 1 year experience with third-party payors and data entry in patient demographics.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and direct messages to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain patient scheduling and registration.
• Perform venipuncture and administer routine medications under physician supervision.
• Record patient dispositions, codes, orders and payments in the EMR.
• Handle cashiering for co-pays and patient payments; perform routine clerical duties.
