Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support the Tuscola Walk-in Clinic. The role involves assisting providers, taking vital signs, collecting data, and documenting in patient records, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

This part-time position (20 hours per week) requires available shifts three days per week from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with every other weekend (Sat & Sun) 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required or eligible.
• Current CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire preferred.
• Experience with direct patient care and clinical measurements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Collect patient data: vitals, measurements, and histories.
• Prepare rooms, stock supplies, and maintain infection control standards.
• Document data and provider instructions in patient records.
• Schedule and coordinate diagnostic and follow-up visits.
