Job Overview

As a member of the Pain Management Center Team, you will assist nurses and physicians in patient treatment and care according to established policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include managing patient flow, triaging calls, advocating for patients, preparing exam areas, assisting with clinical procedures, maintaining equipment, providing clerical support, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• High School Diploma or GED
• Nationally Certified Medical Assistant
• Experience with current office technology and computer applications
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (must be maintained)
• Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course or passing the CCH Medical Terminology challenge exam

Position Details

Assist providers with office procedures and examinations. Schedule is flexible, 8-16 hours per week, with start times from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and end times from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Includes occasional weekends and holidays.
