Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our outpatient care team in the United States. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, patient interaction, and exposure to a wide range of medical procedures as part of a large, nationwide network.

You will room patients with physicians, assist with procedures, perform vitals and point-of-care tests, manage patient flow, and support care transitions from check-in to discharge. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be a Certified Medical Assistant within the state of Washington, or enrolled in a CMA program with 3–6 months remaining before completion.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
• Access to a laptop (you'll be provided one after training but need your own for training).

Responsibilities

• Room patients with doctors.
• Assist with procedure setup.
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services.
• Manage patient flow from check-in to discharge.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to guide patient care.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital.
• Provide other duties as needed.
