Qualifications

• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience performing phlebotomy.
• BLS certification required and CMA certification within 6 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with ambulation and movement on/off exam tables and chairs.
• Performs initial patient screening including vitals and medication history.
• Loads images for provider visits and maintains smooth clinic flow.
• Assists practitioners with procedures, room preparation, and supplies.
• Maintains aseptic technique and universal precautions.
