Are you a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN looking for a meaningful part-time role with steady hours, no overtime, and a supportive team environment? Join our Occupational Health Clinic in Syracuse, NY , where your clinical expertise and initiative will make a real impact on patient care.

Position Highlights

• Schedule : Part-Time, Monday-Wednesday, 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (future possibility of Thursdays)
• Compensation : $43,000-$45,000 annually, based on experience
• Type : Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

Prepare patients for exams : take vitals, review medical history and medications, and update charts using EPIC EMR

Support diagnostic procedures : EKG, Spirometry, Audiometry, Phlebotomy, and other occupational health screenings

Assist healthcare providers with patient care and documentation

Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment; manage supply inventory

Provide occasional front desk support including patient check-in / out and phone reception

Collaborate with MA staff at our Albany location to process forms as needed

What We're Looking For

Required :

Medical Assistant Certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials

CPR / BLS Certification

Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting

Preferred :

Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Experience in phlebotomy and patient intake / communications
