Job summary

DERMSURGERY ASSOCIATES PA seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Dermatology Technician (CDT) to support our General Dermatology team. The position includes regional travel with the same team and requires reliable transportation.

You will document in the EMA EMR, assist in surgery, prepare supplies, stock rooms, autoclave instruments, and manage pathology submissions. The ideal candidate has dermatology experience, is quick-thinking, patient-oriented, and capable of fast-paced work.

Qualifications

• CCMA or CDT certification is required.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Document accurately in EMA EMR.
• Assist in dermatology surgeries.
• Prepare supplies for all appointment types and stock rooms.
• Autoclave instruments as needed.
• Prepare, send and log pathology.
• Maintain professional communication with patients.

We have a great opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Dermatology Technician (CDT) to grow with us.

This position works with by assisting our General Dermatology team and also is assigned some regional travel with the same team.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation in the EMR, Assisting in Surgery, Preparation of supplies for all appointment types, stocking rooms, autoclaving instruments, preparing, sending and logging pathology, positive and professional communication with patients and other duties as assigned. We use Modernizing Medicine's EMA EMR system.
