Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our dermatology team. You will assist physicians, manage histories, and handle injections while maintaining expert patient care in a fast-paced office.

The ideal candidate has CMA certification, BLS, and proficiency with EHR systems, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with steady patient interaction and strict HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current CMA certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of medical office software applications.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in patient care.
  • Must be a team player, able to follow directions, and eager to learn.
  • Integrity and accuracy when entering and reporting numbers, names, and results.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong computer, typing, and technology skills.
  • Professional presence.
  • Positive attitude to maximize quality patient care.
  • Patient advocacy and conflict resolution skills for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Recording patient histories & medications
  • Administering injections as directed by healthcare providers

Job Type:
  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 7:00am/8:00am – 4:00pm-5:00pm
Education:
  • Hight School Diploma or equivalent is required
Certifications/Licenses:
  • Medical Assistant Certification is preferred
Pay:
  • Pay starts at $19.00 per hour and increases based on years of experience
