Job summary

Trinity Health's Loyola Medicine in the Chicago area is seeking a Medical Assistant for our ambulatory care teams. The role supports physicians across pre-, intra-, and post-visit activities, including patient check-in, history taking, and coordinating follow-up tasks.

You will work with a variety of sites in Burr Ridge and Homer Glen. The position offers day shifts, full-time hours, and a robust benefits package starting day one.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education.
• Preferred: 2-3 years of college.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to the patient and support to the physician throughout the visit.
• Assist with registration, scheduling, and visit follow up orders; coordinate pre/intra/post visit tasks.
• Administer medication and work with other health care professionals to coordinate care.
