Pinehurst Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Pinehurst, NC, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for outpatient MAT services. The role blends clinical care and administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic, under supervision by leadership. Qualifications

• Medical Assistant training from an accredited program
• Medical Assistant certification in North Carolina

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and venipuncture; collect body fluid specimens as ordered by professionals.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to work with the public in a medical/clinic setting.
• Work under supervision of Medical Director, Clinic Director and Office Manager.
• Assist clinical staff in managing a specific caseload as qualified.
• Receptionist duties: answer phones, schedule appointments, order supplies, manage receipts.
• Process incoming/outgoing correspondence as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
