Job summary

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center in Auburn, WA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join our clinic team. You will work under licensed practitioners, perform safe clinical tasks, and help coordinate patient flow and care.

This full-time Day shift offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants with 1 year of experience and a 2-year commitment, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the MultiCare system.

Qualifications

• Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient flow in collaboration with front office staff.
• Interview patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist patients in preparing for exams or treatments.
• Perform specimen collection including venipuncture.
• Administer medications per WA Dept of Health regulations and competency.
• Relay instructions to patients and families.
