Job summary

Northwest Asthma and Allergy Center in Everett, WA is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant / Licensed Practical Nurse to support clinical operations at our Everett location. You will assist with rooming patients, taking vitals, and coordinating point-of-care testing for asthma and allergy care, contributing to a smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

The role is non-exempt, hourly, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• Candidate holds WA LPN or CMA license and AIDS/HIV training.
• CPR/First Aid for healthcare professionals required.
• Medical Assistant certification/registration in WA preferred.
• Experience with EMR/HER systems (Athena, Epic) required.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and record vitals; document data in EMR.
• Assist with rooming patients and order/perform point-of-care tests.
• Provide patient education and care planning guidance.
• Maintain inventory and prepare exam rooms for next patient.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient patient flow.
