Job summary

Novant Health Pediatrics After Hours is seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant Lead to support both the Carmel and Poplar Tent locations. The role runs Mon-Fri 5:00pm-9:00pm with weekend shifts, totaling 32 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

You will lead a collaborative clinical team, supervise CMAs, and participate in pediatric patient care within a busy after-hours practice. Ideal candidates have pediatric or medical office experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

Novant Health Pediatrics After Hours is seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant Lead!

In this role, you'll be supporting both the After Hours Carmel and After Hours Poplar Tent locations.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm

Week A- 20 hours Carmel and 12 hours Poplar Tent

Week B- 20 hours Poplar Tent and 12 hours Carmel

This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience working with pediatrics patients or in a medical office setting, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Medical Assistant requirements: Graduate of Certified Medical Assistant program. Certifications allowed through American Association of Medical Assistants. Registered Medical Assistant requirements:Registry allowed through Association of Medical Technologists.
