Novant Health Rock Hill Family Medicine in Rock Hill, SC is hiring a Full-Time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our patient‑focused team. You will support providers, room patients, take vitals, and document in the EMR while contributing to safe, high‑quality care in a welcoming clinic.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and current CMA/CCMA/RMA or equivalent certification, or willingness to obtain within six months.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will coordinate and assist providers in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care to patients within our practice. You will play an essential role in ensuring efficient clinic operations while creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
Education: High School or GED, required. Candidates will provide proof of current certification from one of the approved certifying registries including:
If a candidate is not currently certified, they must obtain certification or registration by the end of the sixth month of their hire and sign an certification agreement.
Experience: Previous work in a medical office, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA or CCMA, required.

Current State Drivers License (Palliative Care Only), required.
Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
