Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced Georgia clinic. You will work under the supervision of a physician, physician extender, or RN to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities include front office and back office tasks, patient prep, rooming, vital signs, and assisting with MA/Nursing Assistant duties. CMA certification and BCLS are required at hire.

Qualifications

• GED or higher is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Nursing Assistant program is required.
• In lieu of formal education, two years of medical assistant or related clinical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities under supervision of a physician, physician extender, or RN.
• Handle front office and back office tasks as assigned to support clinic operations.
• Assist with MA/Nursing Assistant duties and patient flow.
