Trinity Health in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (Full-Time, Day Shift) to support ambulatory care with patient examinations, lab work, and care coordination. You will document in the EHR, prep exam rooms, and assist in procedures under physician guidance.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, accurate data entry, and teamwork with back-office operations. Experience in a physician's office is preferred.

Formación

• Must have Medical Assistant Certification from one of the listed organizations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in a physician's office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, and measure vital signs (pulse, temperature, BP, weight, height).
• Document patient data in the Electronic Health Record accurately.
• Collect specimens and assist with lab procedures as required by the physician/healthcare provider.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures (e.g., gynecological exams, minor surgeries, biopsies) and maintain sterile technique.
• Support front-office tasks including reception, medical records, scheduling and billing as needed.
