Responsibilities

• Monitors physician schedules and coordinates patient care to ensure timely visits.
• Serves as the daily clinic operations contact and resolves issues or escalates as needed.
• Supports relationship-based care and upholds the organization's mission and core values.
• Conducts training on patient care protocols and infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care.
