Qualifications

• Vital signs are required
• Body substance isolation is required

Responsibilities

• Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient care to ensure timely visits.
• Supports relationship-based care and maintains accountability for organizational mission and core values.
• Conducts training sessions, reviews patient care protocols, and ensures infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintains high standards of care.
• Collects and prepares laboratory specimens.
• Rooms patients, takes vital signs, documents visit reasons, history, and allergies.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures, ensuring quality care.
• Audits ordered tests for timely results.
• Monitors supplies, equipment, and maintenance; reports needs to leadership.
• Delegates duties to office staff and ensures adherence to standards.
• Works to achieve hospital and departmental goals and objectives.
• Provides direct patient care and leads front-line staff in daily operations.
