Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records vital signs, patient history.

• Assists provider with exams and minor procedures.
• Performs phlebotomy and immunizations.
• Maintains supplies and sterilizes instruments.
• Accurate documentation and chart review.
• Monitors patient status and reports changes.
