Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous customer service.
• Review and update patient charts for upcoming visits, ensuring all records are current.
• Measure vital signs including pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight, and height.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, stock, referrals, and answering phones as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
