Job summary

TEEMA Group in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with phlebotomy skills to support a busy healthcare setting. The role combines clinical and administrative duties, delivering compassionate patient care and ensuring efficient exam flow.

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. You will perform blood draws, document vital signs, prepare rooms, assist providers, and maintain accurate EHR records.

Qualifications

• Current CMA credential preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience and strong blood-draw skills required.
• Experience in a medical office, clinic, or ambulatory setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Flexible 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy procedures safely and accurately
• Obtain and document patient vital signs
• Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures
• Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Prepare and stock examination rooms and clinical supplies
• Follow infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality standards
• Provide professional and compassionate service to patients

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with strong phlebotomy skills to support a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing both clinical and administrative support while delivering excellent patient care.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• Monday through Friday

• 8-hour shifts

• Shift may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy procedures safely and accurately
