Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires Epic proficiency and CMA certification, with strong patient-care and organizational skills.

The 40-hour work week includes four 9-hour shifts (7:30 AM–5:00 PM) and one 4-hour shift (7:30 AM–11:30 AM). Responsibilities focus on patient intake, examinations, procedures support, and accurate Epic documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CMA credential required.
• Epic experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
• Perform routine clinical and administrative CMA duties.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and clinical supplies.
• Coordinate patient flow to support efficient clinic operations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control procedures.

Schedule
