The Iowa Primary Care Association, Inc. is actively recruiting a Clinic CMA to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Dubuque, IA.

The role supports medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services with a team of providers and an established 18 exam rooms, using Epic as the EHR. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, with a focus on patient-centered primary care.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa Certified Medical Assistant certification
• Current BLS or CPR/First Aid certification
• Mandatory reporter training for child and dependent adult abuse certificate

Responsibilities

• Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Fridays.
• Schedule: flexible within clinic hours, seeing approximately 18–22 patients per day.
• Provider team includes 9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider.
• Operatories/Exam Rooms: 18.
• EHR: Epic.

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

• Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday & 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays
• Schedule: flexible schedulewithin clinic hours seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day.
• Provider team includes: 9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider
• Operatories/Exam Rooms: 18
• EHR: Epic
