Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a completed Medical Assistant program, plus CMA certification. Prior experience with EHR systems and phlebotomy is preferred; Rural Health Clinic BLS may be required.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and completion of a Medical Assistant training program or equivalent.
• Certification: CMA or equivalent CMA credential through AAMA/AMT/NCCT/NHA/NAHP or NCMA.

Responsabilidades

• Perform delegated clinical and administrative duties aligned with Medical Assistant training and experience.
• Work in both clinical and front office functions, providing clerical support and assisting in patient care under physician/provider direction.
• Ensure tasks align with practice needs and follow OSF HealthCare policies.
