Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of patient care across FMPP clinics.
• Perform intake: histories, vital signs, screening tests, and EHR data entry.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist clinicians during exams/procedures.
• Document visits in real time and prepare clinical notes for review.
• Coordinate patient care, triage calls, and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Perform front-office duties: scheduling, screening calls, and appointment management.
• Float to areas of need and participate in monthly meetings and trainings.
