Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of experience.
• Valid Certified Medical Assistant Certification or Registration.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Documentation of current PPD test required within six months.
• Documentation of physical examination required within six months.
• Tetanus immunization documentation within 10 years required within 30 days of hire.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccine or positive antibody titer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care and perform clinical and administrative duties.
• Manage patient intake and ensure electronic health record accuracy.
• Perform clinical procedures and assist providers with exams.
• Triages patient phone calls and provide in-basket management.
• Document patient visits in real-time during encounters.
