Join the MercyOne Family! We are hiring a part-time Certified Medical Assistant.
As a CMA, you will support medical activities by performing clinical and clerical tasks to ensure quality care and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:

• Escort patients to exam rooms.
• Obtain and document patient data, prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures.
• Perform lab/diagnostic tests following policies, report critical values, maintain quality controls.
• Schedule appointments, tests, referrals; educate patients as needed.
• Complete charge tickets, submit charges, and document services.
• Administer medications safely and document accordingly, including various routes.

Schedule:

• Part-Time — 32 hours/week
• M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

General Requirements:

• At least six months healthcare experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• Credentialing as CMA, RMA, or NCMA required.
