Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Center (VNACJ CHC) is hiring a Full-time Certified Medical Assistant for the Freehold, NJ site. The role involves supporting providers, engaging with patients, and ensuring smooth visits with rotating evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements include a Medical Assistant certificate, high school diploma or GED, CPR, and NJ driver’s license. Travel between CHC locations is required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant from an approved program.
• CPR certification required.
• 6 months+ CMA experience preferred.
• Experience with EKG and phlebotomy a plus.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Support providers and streamline patient flow during visits.
• Maintain clinical records and assist with procedures.
• Handle medications, supplies, and referrals as directed.
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and chart hygiene.
• Travel between four CHC locations as needed.
