Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program
• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Proven experience as a medical assistant or licensed practical nurse
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

Responsibilities

• Utilize your specialized plan-of-care interventions to serve as a patient-care innovator
• Shape exceptional patient journeys using your skills and technology
• Perform any other duties assigned by management or physicians
