About Duke Primary Care
Pursue your passion for caring with Duke Primary Care, which offers family, adolescent, and internal medicine services as well as urgent, general pediatric, and virtual care at nearly 50 clinic locations across central North Carolina.

The Duke Primary Care Patient Engagement Center (DPC PEC) is a dynamic call center providing comprehensive telephonic support for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, as well as preventative care, prescription refills, and specialty referrals. Located in Research Triangle Park, the center answers approximately 3,500 calls daily, offering compassionate and efficient service to all Duke Primary Care locations. Driven by its mission to deliver professional and centralized patient management, the DPC PEC is dedicated to setting the standard for exceptional care and support for patients and their families.
