Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration or medical assisting is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a medical office assistant or in a similar administrative role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities
