Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Medical Assistant in LaGrange to support physicians and care teams in a busy clinic. You will help with registration, vitals, and health history, and assist with exams and minor procedures.

Responsibilities include immunizations, phlebotomy if needed, chart updates, and onsite lab tests such as EKGs and glucose checks. A patient-focused, team-driven environment awaits with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or related health sciences coursework.
• Certification through one of the listed national bodies or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, vitals, and health history.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Assist with immunizations, injections, and phlebotomy as needed within 90 days.
• Process prescriptions, update charting, and manage provider orders.
• Conduct onsite lab tests including EKG, pulmonary function, and glucose tests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming exam rooms and deliver excellent patient service.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
