Seaview Orthopaedic & Medical Associates is seeking a flexible Medical Staff Assistant to welcome patients, input demographics and prepare them for exams. You will support injections, suture removal and cast applications, while maintaining clean and organized exam rooms.

The role requires traveling between Brick and Barnegate offices, CPR certification, and adherence to OSHA standards. A strong focus on patient service and accurate record-keeping is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Greet patients and assign exam rooms
• Input patient demographics
• Prepare patients for exams
• Assist with injections and aspirations
• Remove staples/sutures
• Discuss pre-op patients
• Apply and remove casts, splints, braces or dressings
• Venipuncture and urine collection
• Sanitize and stock exam rooms

Responsabilités

• Manage supplies and maintain clean, safe exam rooms.
• Travel between Brick and Barnegate offices as needed.
• Ensure accurate patient records and facilitate patient flow.

Looking for an individual that can accommodate a changing schedule, a fast learner can multi-task and have exceptional customer service skills.

Job duties consist of but are not limited to: Greet patients and assign exam rooms, input patient demographics, prepare patients accordingly for exam, assisting with injections and aspirations, remove staples/ sutures, discussing pre-op patients, apply and removal of casts, splints, braces or dressings. Others duties include Venipuncture, urine collection, sanitizing and stocking exam room.

Opportunities available in Brick and Barnegate office. This position require some traveling between office locations.
