Job summary

Sentara Nephrology in Harrisonburg, VA is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This full-time role supports patient care and administrative duties under supervision, with shift 8am–4:30pm and potential rotation between Nephrology and GI in the same building.

Qualified candidates will have CMA/RMA/CCMA EMT-B certification, BLS within 90 days, and a high school diploma. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Less than a year of related experience is required.
• Phlebotomy experience highly preferred.
• Must have CMA/RMA/CCMA or EMT-B on day one; BLS within 90 days.

• Coordinate with physicians, NP/PA, RN, or LPN as directed.
