Job Description Summary

Assist physicians with medical procedures, including phlebotomy, laboratory testing, quality control, and instrument maintenance.

Education & Requirements

• High School or GED
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment (FCS provides the course).

Certifications/Licenses

• Valid Medical Assistant Certification from one of the approved boards, such as AAMA, NHA, NCMA, AMT, NAHP, AAH, or American Medical Certification Association.
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for travel.

Experience

• One year of clinical medical assistant experience preferred, with venipuncture skills.

Work Schedule
