Overview

The Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical tasks based on training, education, and competency evaluations. Tasks are delegated and supervised by physicians, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants (NP/PA), Registered Nurses (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).

Location: Carrollton, VA

Work Shift: First (Days)

Minimum Education: High School or Equivalent

Certifications/Licensure: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), EMT Basic Certification (EMT) within the state(s) of practice.
