Job summary

The Springs of Minecreek is hiring a Medication Aide/Tech to join our devoted healthcare team. You will administer or assist with medications for residents, following state guidelines and required training, with a shift listed as Day Shift 6pm-6am.

You will help keep the medication area organized, support medication cart audits, and report responses to medications to your supervisor. State certification is mandatory, and you will work to uphold our high standards of care.

Qualifications

• State regulation and completion of required training/certification are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Administering or assisting with the self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, in accordance with state regulations and upon completion of required training/certification.
• Observing and reporting responses to medication to your supervisor.
• Ensuring that the medication supply room is organized and clean.
• Assisting with medication cart audits and providing accurate counts of all medications.
