The Springs of Jonesboro is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/Tech to join our team. The role supports patient care by administering medications and assisting with treatments under state guidelines, with a day shift from 6am to 6pm.

Responsibilities include ensuring an organized medication supply area, auditing medication carts, and coordinating with pharmacies. State certification and required training are mandatory for hire.

Qualifications

• State regulation and completion of required training/certification are mandatory.
• Willingness to work daytime shifts and follow facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Administering or assisting with the self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Observing and reporting responses to medication to your supervisor.
• Ensuring that the medication supply room is organized and clean.
• Assisting with medication cart audits and providing accurate counts of all medications.
• Communicating with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
