Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized resident care and support with ADLs.
• Encourage resident engagement, socialization, and participation in activities.
• Create a safe, supportive environment and monitor resident well-being.
• Administer medications and/or assist with self-administration under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and supervise CNA staff to ensure quality care.
• Assist with direct resident care and follow up on concerns to ensure resolution.

About the Role:

As a CMT - Certified Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will encourage resident engagement, socialization, and participation in daily activities, create and maintain a safe and supportive environment, and administer medications and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN.

• Administer medications and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN

• Make frequent resident rounds and monitor resident well-being
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure quality resident care and assistance
• Assist with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on identified concerns to ensure resolution
